EcoSouk – Terms of Service
1. Overview
EcoSouk operates an online marketplace (ecosouk.shop) offering locally made products, including refillable and reusable goods. By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Orders
All orders placed through ecosouk.shop are considered confirmed once payment is completed or Cash on Delivery is selected at checkout.
EcoSouk reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due:
- At checkout via Whish Pay, or
- Upon delivery via Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD payments are collected by the delivery partner and transferred to EcoSouk on a weekly basis.
4. Delivery
Delivery is handled by a third-party logistics provider across Lebanon.
- Standard delivery time: 5-8 working days
- Most deliveries occur within 24–48 hours
- Delivery coverage includes all regions, including remote areas
- Delivery fees are calculated at checkout
Delivery timelines may be affected by weather, access conditions, or incorrect customer information.
Up to three delivery attempts may be made before an order is returned.
5. Returns & Refunds
Only damaged or incorrect items are eligible for return.
- Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Returns must be made in person to EcoSouk Hamra, Beirut
- We do not offer return pickups or courier-based returns
Refunds or replacements are processed once the returned item is inspected.
6. Refill & Reuse Products
Some products are part of a refill system designed to reduce packaging waste.
- Refills do not require return of containers prior to purchase
- Customers may reuse containers or return EcoSouk containers in person at the shop
- Returned containers are cleaned and reintegrated into the system where possible
- Not all products are refillable
7. Product Use & Responsibility
EcoSouk products are intended for personal, household, or artisanal use.
Customers are responsible for proper use, storage, and handling of products after delivery.
EcoSouk is not liable for misuse or improper handling of products after delivery.
8. Liability
EcoSouk is not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party logistics providers, force majeure events, or incorrect customer information.
Liability for delivered goods ends upon successful handover to the customer.
9. Privacy
Customer data is used solely for order processing, delivery, and customer service purposes. EcoSouk does not sell personal data to third parties.
10. Changes to Terms
EcoSouk reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
