EcoSouk Maker Terms & Conditions

1. What EcoSouk.shop is

EcoSouk.shop is a curated multi-maker marketplace for environmental artisans, makers, growers and small-batch producers in Lebanon. You create a maker storefront, upload and manage your products and availability, and reach customers across Lebanon. EcoSouk manages payments, customer orders and nationwide shipping.

2. Fees and commission

• 30% EcoSouk / 70% Maker on each completed sale.
• No application fee, listing fee, or monthly storefront fee.
• Payment processing costs for online payments (such as Whish) may apply to the transaction and are described at checkout.

3. Payouts

Payouts are made quarterly as standard, or monthly on request after your shop is approved. EcoSouk pays the maker share after the customer payment is received. Payout details (bank transfer or another agreed method) are collected during onboarding, not on the application form.

4. Non-exclusive

This arrangement is non-exclusive. You remain free to sell through your own channels and other retailers.

5. Small-batch listing

Small batch is welcome. You do not need to keep products permanently in stock. Products may be listed as In Stock, Currently in the Making, Made to Order, or Seasonal. You stay responsible for honouring the availability status you publish and for fulfilling accepted orders in a reasonable time.

6. Shipping

EcoSouk coordinates shipping. Depending on the order, products may be collected directly from you and shipped to the customer, or consolidated with products from other makers before delivery. You do not need to arrange or pay the courier yourself unless EcoSouk agrees a different arrangement with you in writing.

7. Environmental criteria

EcoSouk is for artisanal, refillable, bio-based, grown, handmade or responsibly sourced goods. Products must not be made from synthetic materials, except where EcoSouk has agreed a documented exception in writing. Approval is curated: EcoSouk may accept or decline any application, and may remove listings that do not meet these criteria.

8. Application and account

Accounts are activated only after EcoSouk reviews and accepts your application. You must provide accurate information about what you make, your materials or ingredients, and where and how products are made. You are responsible for your password and for activity on your maker account.

9. Orders and fulfilment

When a customer order includes your products, you agree to prepare them as listed and to cooperate with EcoSouk collection or consolidation. If you cannot fulfil an order, you must tell EcoSouk promptly so the customer can be informed.

10. Other terms

Use of the website is also governed by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. EcoSouk may update these Maker Terms; the version published at this page applies to new applications and, after notice, to existing maker accounts.
